Everyone knows that a first impression means so much. Especially when you are trying to stand out from the crowd and present yourself as a confident, competent, and caring professional in a job interview. 

So then everyone stresses over “What do I wear to my interview?!”

As a recruiter, I have seen it all!  You want to catch the eyes of the panel, and yet you don’t want to stand out in something so extreme or unusual that it’s all the interview panel can think about. 

Ultimately, you want to take care to look clean, polished, and professional.  If you don’t normally wear a lot of makeup, don’t cake it on and wear fake eyelashes just because it’s an interview. You want to look like and feel like yourself.
